AVAILABLE SERVICES

Any persons seeking support will first schedule an initial assessment where we will discuss client history, current issues and any goals that you might have. From there, we will either meet weekly or bi-weekly to focus on working towards those goals through nutrition education, nutrition counseling, incorporating food challenges and meal support and discussing barriers and fears. We will work together to reach your goals.
